AIRGO CODING CENTER

Move a drone with blocks and Python
3D coding experience

Try the AIRGO block coding app and Python IDE right in your browser. Assemble blocks or run Python code and the drone moves in the 3D simulator.

A web 3D simulation experience that does not connect to a real drone.

EXPERIENCE

The real app screen,
move a drone with blocks

Use the AIRGO block coding app sidebar, block categories, and workspace right in the browser. Connect blocks and run them to see a 3D drone built from the product STEP model fly in the simulator.

  • Same blocks/categories as the real AIRGO app
  • 3D drone based on the real product STEP model
  • Follow view + drone view (FPV) switching
  • Example programs and member block saving

PYTHON CODING

Code and fly a drone
with Python

Write and run Python code in an IDE-style editor. The command prompt shows the same serial commands as the real SYUBEA drone controller, and the drone flies in the 3D simulator.

  • IDE-style editor + real-time Python syntax checking
  • Execution command prompt (cmd) reproduction
  • Same serial commands as the real controller
  • Browser saving + .py file save/open

This is a web simulation. To control a real drone, use the SYUBEA drone controller in Resources. Resources

WIZWING EDU APP

Try the WIZWING EDU app
right in your browser

We recreated the WIZWING EDU three-tab block coding app for the web. Assemble basic, simultaneous, and special blocks and run them to see the EDU Butterfly 3D drone fly in the simulator.

  • Same basic/simultaneous/special three-tab blocks as the real app
  • 3D simulator based on the EDU Butterfly drone STEP model
  • Save/load programs and view execution results

Programs are saved in the browser; this is an experience mode that does not connect to a real drone.

FEATURES

What you can do in the Coding Center

Block coding

Assemble the same blocks as the real app: takeoff/landing, speed, altitude, movement, rotation, flip, repeat, camera, LED, and more.

Python IDE

Write Python code in an IDE-style editor with syntax checking and an execution command prompt.

3D simulator

A 3D drone converted from the AIRGO product STEP model moves in a free-flight space. Switch between follow view and drone view (FPV).

Examples & saving

Load block/Python examples and run them immediately, and save code in the browser or as a .py file.

HOW TO

Experience in 3 steps

01

Choose blocks

Drag the blocks you need from the left categories into the workspace.

02

Build a program

Connect blocks in order to create the drone flight sequence.

03

Run in 3D

Press Start Block Coding and the virtual drone moves in the 3D simulator.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Does it connect to a real drone?
No. The Coding Center is a web 3D simulation experience. To control a real drone, use the SYUBEA drone controller (v1.01) in Resources.
Can I run Python code?
Yes. /coding/python runs it with an educational mini Python interpreter. Only a subset of Python is supported; class, try, f-strings, and others are not supported.
Where are blocks and Python saved?
Blocks are saved on the server for members and in the browser for guests. Python code is auto-saved in the browser and can be downloaded/loaded as a .py file.
Can I use it on mobile?
Landscape mode is recommended. A rotate-screen notice appears in portrait mode.
Which blocks are available?
We provide the real app blocks: takeoff/landing, speed, altitude, movement, rotation, flip, repeat, simultaneous execution, camera, LED, gyro reset, and more.
The Coding Center is a web simulation that does not connect to a real drone. Before actual flight, always check safety rules and applicable laws.
