Article 1 — Purpose
These terms set out the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of members when purchasing products from the official mall operated by SYUBEA CO., LTD. (the "Company").

Purchases are available to members only. Members must enter accurate delivery information and depositor name; the member is responsible for delivery delays or returns caused by false information.

Article 3 — Payment
The current payment method is bank transfer. Members must deposit to the account shown on the order completion screen within the deposit deadline. If the depositor name differs from the order, confirmation may be delayed.
Article 4 — Shipping
Products are shipped in order after payment is confirmed. Shipping fees may be charged separately from the product price; free shipping thresholds are shown on product pages and at checkout.

Article 5 — Cancellation and refunds
Members may cancel an order before payment. After payment is confirmed, please contact the administrator.
